What is raw denim and how should I break it in?
Raw denim is unwashed, untreated fabric straight from the loom. To break it in, wear your jeans as often as possible without washing for the first 6 months to allow unique creases and fades to develop based on your body shape.
How do I choose the right fit?
We offer several signature fits including Super Guy (Skinny), Weird Guy (Slim-Tapered), and Strong Guy (Wide). We recommend comparing our detailed size charts with a pair of jeans you already own that fits you well.
Do you offer free shipping on domestic orders?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within North America. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Please note that hemmed or customized denim is final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I wash my Naked & Famous Denim?
When it's time to wash, we recommend a cold soak with a mild detergent. Turn the jeans inside out to preserve the indigo, and always hang them to air dry. Never put raw denim in a tumble dryer.
Do you provide hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on our Union Special machines. You can add a hemming service to your order at the time of purchase for a custom inseam length.
